The role

  • Manage a varied portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service, compliance and maintenance standards.
  • Lead on tenancies, lettings, rent reviews, inspections and contractor management.
  • Oversee budgets, cashflow and rent arrears across your portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with private clients, tenants and professional advisers.
  • Provide advice on legislation, policy and opportunities to improve estate performance.
  • Support business development, pitches and winning new instructions.
  • Assist with the management and development of a wider property management team.

About you

We're looking for someone with solid residential property management experience who is confident managing clients and complex portfolios.

ARLA, Assoc RICS and/or MRICS would be advantageous.

You'll be commercially minded, organised and proactive, with the confidence to take ownership, build relationships and identify opportunities for clients and the wider business.
