We're looking for an experienced Senior Forestry Consultant to lead the delivery and development of forestry and woodland services across Central and North Scotland.
The opportunity
- Drive business development and client relationships.
- Lead asset management, consultancy and financial planning.
- Oversee long-term forest planning and new woodland creation.
- Manage timber harvesting, marketing, restocking and maintenance.
- Deliver Forestry Grant Scheme applications and grant-funded works.
- Lead GIS mapping, woodland certification and tree safety programmes.
- Oversee BS 5837 surveys, woodland impact assessments and crop compensation.
- Develop innovative rewilding, carbon offsetting and Woodland Carbon Code projects.
- Mentor colleagues and help shape the future of the team.
