Nursery Foreman in Dundee

Are you an experienced horticulture or food and fresh produce profeessional with a head for operations and management? Set in the beautiful rural surroundings of Perth, this is a fantastic opportunity to take a key role in a long-established, family-run nursery. Our client, who has been operating for over 45 years in the trade, is looking for a Nursery Foreman / Manager to join their close-knit team. You\'ll be stepping into a hands-on leadership role with on-site accommodation provided, only needing to cover your utilities. About the role This is a varied and active role where you\'ll oversee daily operations across the nursery, from managing seasonal and permanent staff to coordinating production lines and outgoing deliveries. You\'ll be a key player on-site, ensuring smooth, efficient nursery operations throughout the year. Work alongside 4-5 full-time permanent staff who help coordinate and support up to 45 seasonal workers during peak periods (mainly students).
