Position: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Huntingdonshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, day-based

Salary: Around £45,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and safety checks.
  • Fault-find and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Support basic PLC troubleshooting and fabrication tasks.
  • Maintain site facilities, including lighting, plumbing, compressors, and waste systems.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Electrical qualifications desirable (e.g., City & Guilds Level 3).
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
