If you’re a seasoned marketing generalist who’s itching for ownership, autonomy, and international adventure - this is the role you’ve been waiting for.

This is a rare opportunity for a talented, hands-on marketing generalist to take full control of a brand that’s disrupting the agri-tech space - an industry at the cutting edge of food production, sustainability, and smart innovation. The company is well-established with a strong international footprint, and now they’re investing in someone to lead the charge on all things marketing. This is a blank canvas with real autonomy, backed by a leadership team who value marketing and want your voice at the table.

You’ll be the go-to marketing expert - the strategist, the creator, the brand guardian - and you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the UK, Europe and beyond. If you’re ambitious, commercially minded, and excited by the idea of owning marketing in a high-potential, international business - keep reading.

What’s on offer:

  • True ownership - You’ll have full control of marketing strategy, budget, and execution.
  • International exposure - with regular travel across the UK, Europe for events, trade shows and customer engagement.
  • A diverse, product-led business at the intersection of agriculture and technology - offering a genuinely unique story to tell.
  • Direct access to the MD and leadership team - you’ll have a seat at the table when it comes to commercial planning and innovation.
  • A chance to shape marketing from the ground up - build processes, brand assets, and messaging that make a real difference.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end marketing function, working closely with leadership across all departments.
  • Be the brand guardian - driving consistency across campaigns, digital channels, internal tools and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead content creation (yes, hands-on!) for web, social, PR, product literature, and customer campaigns. It’s important the successful candidate knows how to copy write - not just approve it.
  • Plan and deliver a calendar of international trade shows, events, and industry expos.
  • Develop and deliver customer marketing campaigns in partnership with the commercial team.
  • Analyse performance across CRM (Salesforce), digital channels and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Support NPD (new product development) and turn ideas into compelling launches.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to maximise value and results.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A confident, creative, and strategic marketing all-rounder with at least 5 years’ experience.
  • Experienced in sectors like agri, food, manufacturing, beauty or tech - any product-led environment.
  • Happy to roll up your sleeves - especially when it comes to social media execution, copywriting, and content creation.
  • Commercially focused and used to linking your work to sales outcomes and business growth.
  • A strong communicator, able to influence multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Open to regular travel across the UK and internationally.

What you get:

  • Salary package + performance bonus
  • Matched pension up to 6%
  • Life assurance x3 salary
  • PHI + Private Health
  • Flexible working with 2 days a week WFH
