What do I need?
Strong horticultural buying experience and plant knowledge are essential.
You'll also need experience of range building, supplier negotiation and making commercial decisions.
You'll have energy, curiosity and the drive to make things happen.
You'll need to be comfortable with numbers, but you don't need to be the spreadsheet expert. There's a very capable commercial team around you.
