About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll be at the centre of the day-to-day operation, supporting the Centre Manager while leading from the front.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll motivate and develop the team, ensure the plant area always looks its best, maintain exceptional retail standards and deliver the outstanding customer experience that keeps people coming back.
You'll also use your commercial awareness to identify opportunities, drive sales and help the business continue to thrive.
