No experience needed — only a willingness to get stuck into a rewarding, hands‑on role, and a genuine love of plants.
- What your day‑to‑day could look like
- Overseeing the growth and development of ornamental trees, from planting to pruning to preparing them for delivery
- Helping with propagation and irrigation
- Using specialist horticultural equipment — no experience needed; training is provided!
- Supporting the rest of the team to ensure operations run smoothly
- Who we're looking for

- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
- Reliable and flexible
- Outdoorsy and happy to work in all kinds of weather — appropriate kit will be provided
- Enjoys being active. Able to bend, lift and spend the day on your feet.
