I am currently representing a premier UK food manufacturer, a business that houses some of the nation's most iconic baking and sweetening brands. Following a period of strategic growth, our client is seeking an Operations Manager to spearhead their site production strategy. This isn't just about keeping the lines running; it's about driving a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the site's production plan. You will be the driving force behind ensuring the facility is safe, efficient, and reliable, consistently meeting targets across safety, quality, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct the day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure customer requirements and forecasts are met.
