Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out high‑quality garden maintenance across a range of residential and commercial properties
  • Lead and support a Gardener, working typically in teams of two
  • Maintain up to three gardens per day to a consistently high standard
  • Undertake all core horticultural tasks including pruning, lawn care, plant care, and border maintenance
  • Operate and maintain power tools safely, including strimmers, hedge cutters, mowers, and blowers
  • Identify pests, diseases, and plant health issues, implementing appropriate treatments
  • Implement soft landscaping schemes as required
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providing a reliable and friendly service
