About the role
Are you detail-driven and take pride in getting things right the first time? Want to join a growing food business with a fantastic culture that manufactures great products? If so, we want to hear from you!
We're working with a well-established and forward-thinking food manufacturer looking for a Label Operator to join their team. You'll be responsible for printing and checking labels using systems like DataGuard and Vector, completing production checks, managing stock, ordering labels, and producing weekly waste reports.
You'll also help keep things running smoothly by supporting production teams with line prep, admin, and changeovers where needed. It's a role that really suits someone with a strong eye for detail, great IT skills, and a hands-on, can-do attitude. You'll be working closely with line leaders and production teams, so good communication and teamwork are key.
Ideally, you'll have experience in a similar role within food manufacturing (bonus points if that's in fresh produce or soft fruit!), but above all, we're looking for someone reliable, proactive, and ready to get stuck in.
