The Role
- As a Trader, you'll play a key role in managing customer and supplier relationships, supporting day-to-day trading activity, and helping to maximise sales and profitability across the fruit category.
- You’ll work closely with growers, suppliers and customers while collaborating with Procurement, Sales, Operations, Technical and Logistics to ensure products are delivered efficiently and commercially.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with wholesale customers and fresh produce suppliers.
- Supporting the trading and commercial management of the fruit category.
- Monitoring trading performance and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Assisting with forecasting, pricing, stock planning and reporting.
