We're looking for an experienced surveyor to join a growing Infrastructure team delivering major projects across electricity, gas, water, fibre, oil and renewables. This is a chance to work on nationally significant schemes that support the UK's Net Zero ambitions, from new low‑carbon energy connections to upgrades of transmission and distribution networks.
You’ll manage multiple land and consenting workstreams, advise clients on complex infrastructure delivery, and work closely with landowners, stakeholders and technical specialists. The role is varied, fast‑paced and ideal for someone who enjoys project ownership and relationship management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing infrastructure projects from routing through to construction and completion
- Providing land consultancy advice across maintenance, upgrades and new installations
- Supporting client interactions with landowners and major stakeholders
- Handling land referencing, statutory notices, compensation negotiations and rights acquisition
- Liaising with landowners, attending site meetings and responding to enquiries
- Preparing reports, progress updates and key consenting data
- Coordinating environmental, ecological and legal inputs
- Helping build and maintain client relationships and diversify workstreams
- Supporting wider business projects and mentoring graduates
What you’ll bring:
