What's the job?

You will join the office‑based sales team, managing customer enquiries while working closely with the Sales Manager to support existing accounts and develop new opportunities. This is not solely a cold‑calling role. You'll inherit customers, whilst having a focus on building new, strong, long‑term relationships.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Handling enquiries and preparing quotations
  • Managing orders through to delivery
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers
  • Building relationships and developing existing accounts
  • Supporting targeted business development activity
  • Learning the product range, seasonality and stock availability
  • Visiting key customers to understand their needs
  • Attending trade shows
  • Working closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery
