  • Identify and optimise central warehousing and distribution partners to support international expansion.
  • Improve logistics routes and distribution performance to enhance speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL and 4PL providers, and other logistics stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain the international supply chain operating manual and partner documentation.
  • Provide expert guidance on export requirements and market-specific regulatory compliance.
  • Support the development of market-specific product adaptations, including labelling, translation, and dietary compliance requirements.

Day-to-Day Focus

  • Manage day-to-day relationships between central distribution and international franchise markets, leading operational and planning discussions.
  • Coordinate with 3PL and 4PL partners to ensure smooth import/export flows and service delivery.
  • Maintain and update the international product export list, communicating changes to global stakeholders.
  • Work closely with food technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and consistency across all markets.
  • Act as escalation point for export documentation issues to ensure uninterrupted shipment flow.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a strong values-led approach:

  • Warm, collaborative, and grounded in integrity, kindness, and accountability.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experienced in import/export logistics and international supply chain management.
  • Preferably with a background in food, beverage, or FMCG supply chains, with an understanding of perishable or high-compliance product environments.
