Our client is a well established leader in British food production, known for delivering high quality, authentically made products. Since its creation, the business has grown significantly and remains committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability across its operations. This role supports the agricultural division, which includes farming and milling operations across several locations.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, On site

The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a dedicated HR team supporting around 800 employees across a multi site model. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a hands on HR position within a fast paced, operational environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers and supervisors
  • Providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, development and exit
  • Managing employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence
  • Reporting on key HR metrics and identifying trends to improve performance
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
  • Working closely with the wider HR team to align local and national people strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a HR advisory role, preferably in a FMCG environment OR an Experienced HR Assistant
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or degree equivalent
  • Confident decision maker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proactive and practical with a collaborative approach
  • Full UK driving licence is essential due to regular travel between sites
