We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established business based in the Lincolnshire area, for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their busy workshop team.
The Role:
- Full time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:30
- Saturdays as part of a rota, 07:30 - 13:00
- On-call and Out of Hours work as part of a rota
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HGVs and commercial vehicles
- Carrying out routine maintenance, MOT preparation, and defect repairs
- Working to strict safety and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified HGV Technician/Mechanic (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience working on HGVs/commercial vehicles
- Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous but not essential)
- Own tools preferred
- Willingness to participate in on-call/out-of-hours rota
