A leading FMCG food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Process Technology Manager to provide specialist process expertise across priority innovation, optimisation and capability programmes. This is a senior technical role focused on translating process knowledge into practical, scalable solutions - working closely with site, central and external partners to deliver safe, efficient and future‑ready manufacturing capability.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading process capability input into mid‑term NPD and technology programmes
- Supporting the introduction and optimisation of new and improved processing technologies
- Driving problem-solving, trials and data‑led decision making on site
- Contributing to sustainability, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Sharing knowledge, coaching others and embedding best practice across teams
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in process development or process engineering within FMCG food manufacturing
