An independent, design‑led garden and lifestyle retailer is seeking an Indoor Living Department Manager for their flagship South London site. The business is known for its curated indoor plant offering, creative merchandising, and community-focused retail approach – and this role sits right at the centre of it.

They are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the indoor plant, pot, and homeware departments. This is a hands‑on management position responsible for the look, feel, and commercial performance of the indoor space, combining visual creativity with operational leadership and top‑tier customer service. The Role
