We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead daily fruit packing operations and maintain the highest product quality standards. This is a hands-on role where you will be the vital link between production and the Commercial, Procurement, Technical, and QA teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily fruit packing and ensure production runs efficiently
- Maintain and monitor product quality to meet customer and compliance standards
- Ensure full product traceability and support audits with documentation
- Collaborate across teams including Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Technical
- Support health & safety, food safety, and hygiene protocols in the packing area
- Drive quality improvements, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction initiatives

- Proven experience in fruit packing operations and cost-effective production
