Combine Driver/Sprayer Operator - Lincolnshire

About the Company
We are recruiting for an arable farming estate based near the Lincolnshire Wolds. The farm has 1,200 hectares of arable land, with an additional 200 hectares contracted.

The estate grows a diverse range of crops including feed wheat, malting barley, oilseed rape, beans, and vining peas. They also participate in Countryside Stewardship and Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) schemes. Facilities include 10,000 tonnes of grain storage, 200 hectares of commercial woodland, a small family shoot and a residential property portfolio.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Combine Driver/Sprayer Operator to join their small, dedicated team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long career within a forward thinking and supportive farming environment. You will play a key role in all aspects of arable operations across the estate.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Driving a Claas Lexion 8800 thoroughout harvest.

  • Being the main sprayer operator for the farm using a Horsch Leeb 6LT and Case Puma 240

What You Need

  • Previous experience in arable operations, especially combining and spraying.

  • Strong workshop and machinery maintenance skills.

  • A proactive, reliable, and detail focused approach to your work.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Desirable certifications (training can be provided):

PA1, PA2, PA4 spray qualifications.

Telehandler ticket.
