- Spot new ingredients, categories and flavour ideas that keep the business ahead of the innovation game.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure ingredient quality stays top‑notch.
- Own internal systems - costings, recipes, finished product specs.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, launch and range teams to deliver products on time and on brief.
- Bring inspiration to Marketing, Creative and Social teams when needed.
- Keep our development kitchen spotless, organised and brimming with ideas.
- Help champion food culture - leading events, showcases and tastings across the business.
- Report directly into the Head of Food and work from the office 4 days a week.
