The Chief Executive is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the Board. The role ensures that all statutory duties under the Land Drainage Act 1991 are fulfilled and that the Board's decisions are effectively implemented. The postholder acts as the principal advisor to the Board, providing expert guidance on policy, governance, legislation, and financial management.
