Company Overview: I am working with one of the UK's leading fresh produce manufacturers. They work in close partnership with farmers across Europe, operating across 4 manufacturing sites.

Role Overview: They are looking for Multi-Skilled Engineers to join their growing team. You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager, joining a high-performing team, working on some of the most advanced production technology in the food industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct day-to-day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets, and services
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and identify areas for process improvement
  • Promptly diagnose and repair equipment faults
  • Uphold food safety and health & safety standards
  • Collaborate across departments to support production and efficiency goals
  • Maintain accurate shift metrics and ensure effective stock control
  • Use CMMS effectively for maintenance records and reporting
  • Actively contribute to shift performance and team dynamics
  • Ensure buildings, plant, and equipment are safe in design and operation

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Strong Electrical or Mechanical knowledge
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-focused mindset
  • IT literate and experienced with CMMS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
