Role Overview: They are looking for Multi-Skilled Engineers to join their growing team. You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager, joining a high-performing team, working on some of the most advanced production technology in the food industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct day-to-day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets, and services
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and identify areas for process improvement
- Promptly diagnose and repair equipment faults
- Uphold food safety and health & safety standards
- Collaborate across departments to support production and efficiency goals
- Maintain accurate shift metrics and ensure effective stock control
- Use CMMS effectively for maintenance records and reporting
- Actively contribute to shift performance and team dynamics
- Ensure buildings, plant, and equipment are safe in design and operation
Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong Electrical or Mechanical knowledge
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Collaborative and team-focused mindset
- IT literate and experienced with CMMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
