Our client is looking for a reliable and detail oriented Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This role will focus primarily on sales ledger activities and supporting the day to day finance function.
Main Responsibilities
- Posting sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Allocating sales receipts to customer accounts
- Managing credit control activities, including chasing outstanding debts
- Resolving customer invoice and payment queries
- Maintaining accurate sales ledger records
Required
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (sales ledger experience preferred)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using accounting systems and Excel
