  • Merchandising plants, compost, and associated products to create attractive displays.
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the outdoor plant area as part of a team.
  • Providing helpful advice and excellent customer service to meet customer needs.
  • Working closely with team members and managers to maintain high standards across the department.
  • Assisting with stock handling and general upkeep of the outdoor area.
