What will I be doing?
In this role, you\'ll be working with my client\'s Rural Professional team, tackling a variety of interesting projects and developing your own specialisms along the way. Whether it\'s valuations for banks and private clients, navigating planning applications for agricultural or residential projects, or offering professional advice to rural clients, you\'ll have plenty to keep you engaged. You\'ll also be involved in landlord and tenant matters, countryside stewardship schemes, and compensation claims. It\'s a fantastic opportunity to build your own client base while contributing to the growth of the office.
What do I need?
We\'re looking for someone who\'s MRICS qualified, a registered valuer, and has at least one year of post-qualification experience. A full UK driving licence is also essential. If you\'re a member of the CAAV, that\'s a bonus—but don\'t worry if you\'re not, there\'s support for further development.
