We’re working with a well-respected family-owned garden centre business in Manchester to find a Horticultural Manager for their 4,000 square foot, thriving plant area. If you love horticulture, have a creative flair, and experience with buying, then this position could be a great opportunity for you to join a great local business that likes to maintain its family feel.

You’d be running the Plant Area at their flagship site, managing a team of 6 and making sure that the plant stock is well-maintained and looking fresh. This site likes to go big at Christmas, so in winter you’ll find yourself immersed in their Santa’s grotto, selling Christmas trees, and having a level of flexibility to help in this busy period.
