We're working with a well-respected family-owned garden centre business in Manchester to find an Assistant Horticultural Manager for their vibrant plant area. This is a great opportunity to step up and join a local growing business who value the development of its employees. You'd be supporting the plant area manager at their flagship site, helping to manage a team of 5, and making sure that the plant area is running smoothly, with well-maintained plants, outstanding merchandising, and excellent customer service.
