Whatâs the Job?
Youâll take full responsibility for dayâtoâday nursery operations across indoor and outdoor production. Youâll lead the team, manage crop quality, keep the site running efficiently, and drive continuous improvement. Dayâtoâday, youâll be:
- Leading daily briefings and communicating tasks clearly.
- Planning labour and resources across a 6/7âday operation.
- Managing crop husbandry, watering, feeding and general maintenance.
- Monitoring for pest, disease and weed issues.
- Keeping the nursery tidy, safe, and auditâready.
- Overseeing packhouse operations and quality standards.
- Managing inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate growing and production records.
- Building relationships with suppliers, breeders, and young plant providers.
- Supporting the business as production continues to expand.
This is a handsâon role where youâll set the tone, drive standards, and help shape the team and the site.
What Do I Need?
