Role Overview
As a Deputy Garden Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation and continued success of the garden centre. You will work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to ensure that the customers receive outstanding service and that the staff are motivated and productive.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a garden centre or similar environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- A passion for plants and gardening
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
