Our client is seeking a detail oriented Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team on a part-time basis. This is a site based role located just outside Boston, offering flexible working hours.
Main Responsibilities
- Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Creating and managing purchase orders
- Maintaining and updating the sales ledger
- Assisting with general accounts administration duties
- Ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting the wider team with day to day finance tasks
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
