What's the job?

You will join the office‑based sales team, managing customer enquiries while working closely with the Sales Manager to support existing accounts and develop new opportunities. This is not solely a cold‑calling role. You'll inherit customers, whilst having a focus on building new, strong, long‑term relationships.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Handle enquiries and prepare quotations
  • Manage orders through to delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers
  • Build relationships and develop existing accounts
  • Support targeted business development activity
  • Learn the product range, seasonality and stock availability
  • Visit key customers to understand their needs
  • Attend trade shows
  • Work closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery
