We are building an international medical facilitation platform enabling patients to access advanced, high-quality surgical care abroad, while receiving trusted clinical evaluation and guidance locally before travel. Our model is built on ethical surgical decision-making, patient consent, and collaboration with accredited international hospitals and surgeons.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Local Consulting Surgeon, you will provide independent local clinical evaluation and support for patients with surgical conditions and, where medically appropriate, facilitate referrals for advanced surgical treatment to our international network of hospitals. Your role is advisory and evaluative in nature. All surgical procedures are performed outside the home country by JCI-accredited international partner hospitals in India. Referrals are based solely on clinical indication, patient choice, and informed consent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and clinically validate patients who may benefit from advanced surgical treatment abroad
- Provide clear surgical opinions including:
- Whether surgery is indicated
- Timing and urgency
- Suitability for overseas surgical care
Eligibility & Credentials:
- MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification
- Recognized postgraduate surgical specialization (MS / MCh / DM / Fellowship or country-equivalent)
- Active medical council registration in practicing country
- Minimum 2 years of surgical experience
- Currently practicing in a hospital or private clinic
Compliance & Ethical Framework:
- Referrals are patient-led and consent-based
- No inducement, coercion, or mandatory referral obligations
- Surgeon retains full professional autonomy
- We act solely as a care coordination and facilitation platform
