Sales And Events Manager (Bar & restaurant group) Weβre looking for a sales and events manager to head private bookings and business development on behalf of a fantastic bar/restaurant group in central London. The Role As the sole Sales and Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing private event bookings from start to finish. You will work with the operations team to deliver a smooth handover and play an integral role in strategic annual planning, collaborating closely with the marketing team to deliver cross-platform campaigns that boost revenue and new business. Main Duties: Manage every booking from start to handing over to the operational team in a weekly meeting. Be the first point of contact for all enquiries received via telephone, email, and through our CRM system. Plan events efficiently, ensuring guests are well looked after and all runs to company standards. Maintain relationships with past bookers while encouraging new business through various local area marketing initiatives. Utilize our bookings platform to ensure clean, concise reporting of guest communications and labels for transparency across departments. Pull weekly sales reports and interpret them to determine the success of new business initiatives, marketing campaigns, and subsequent actions. Handle daily event administration: diary checks, function sheet handovers, and site visits. The Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 3 years experience as a senior sales executive or sales manager in a similar capacity. Experience in both multi-site and single-site environments. Experience using Collins booking platform and delivering large events (100+ pax).
