The menu operates across brunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, with an exciting & innovative selection of dishes.

As Chef Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality, and innovative dishes and specials.

You will manage the overall kitchen operation, including prep schedules, stock control, budgeting, maintenance, and the day-to-day management of the kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team.
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and food cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
  • Work closely with management to develop menus and improve kitchen performance.
  • Scheduling and reviewing staff rotas.

Requirements

2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
