We are an independent, family-run estate agency with a strong reputation and a growing presence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our team, someone who wants to build a career in an environment where standards, attention to detail, and people genuinely matter. This is not a role for someone looking to simply “tick boxes.” It is for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and wants to be part of a team that truly cares about delivering exceptional service.

  • Enjoys building relationships and creating a great client experience
  • Wants to learn, improve, and grow within the industry

Previous experience in estate agency, sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is preferred but not essential. What matters most is your mindset, work ethic, and commitment to high standards. You will also be comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Canva.

Key Objectives

  • Maximise revenue and grow the property register
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets
  • Complete and log daily training alongside the team
  • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the sales journey

Responsibilities

  • Qualify applicants and maintain regular contact with clients
  • Arrange and confirm viewings
  • Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date
  • Manage viewing feedback, offers, and client communication
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate valuations
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
  • Work towards weekly, monthly, and annual targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Maintain compliance and professional standards
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team

The Non-Negotiables

  • You take ownership
  • You communicate clearly
  • You stay accountable and reliable
  • You care about the outcome

The Details
