Previous experience in estate agency, sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is preferred but not essential. What matters most is your mindset, work ethic, and commitment to high standards. You will also be comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
Key Objectives
- Maximise revenue and grow the property register
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets
- Complete and log daily training alongside the team
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Ensure all business is conducted in line with TPO regulations and compliance procedures
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the sales journey
Responsibilities
- Qualify applicants and maintain regular contact with clients
- Arrange and confirm viewings
- Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date
- Manage viewing feedback, offers, and client communication
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate valuations
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
- Work towards weekly, monthly, and annual targets
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain compliance and professional standards
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team

The Details
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays, 9:30am – 3:30pm (day off in the week if worked)
