Are you a Dynatrace expert ready to lead, build, and own a practice? Morela is proud to be supporting one of the UK's most exciting boutique technology consultancies in a key senior hire. Our client operates exclusively in the Service Operations, AIOps, and Observability space, working with enterprise organisations across Europe to transform how they run and scale their IT operations. They are growing fast, their methodology is proven, and they are now looking for an exceptional Dynatrace specialist to lead their Dynatrace practice.

This is not a purely technical role and it is not purely a leadership role. It is both. You will be hands-on with clients, building and deploying world-class Dynatrace solutions, while simultaneously leading and growing a team of consultants and shaping the future direction of the practice.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading the Dynatrace practice end to end, owning the technical direction, delivery standards, and growth of the function.
  • Designing, building, and deploying Dynatrace solutions for enterprise clients - leveraging the Davis AI engine for full-stack observability, AIOps, and autonomous operations.
  • Acting as the senior technical authority on all Dynatrace engagements, from initial discovery and architecture through to production deployment and client enablement.
  • Working directly with enterprise clients at a senior level, running workshops, presenting solutions, and building lasting trusted relationships.
  • Mentoring and developing a growing team of consultants, raising the technical bar across the practice.
  • Collaborating with the wider leadership team to define the Dynatrace go-to-market strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Contributing to thought leadership, best practices, and the continued evolution of the company's Service Operations Framework.

  • Deep hands-on expertise in Dynatrace, deployment, configuration, Davis AI, full-stack observability, cloud-native environments, and AIOps integration.
  • Proven track record of delivering Dynatrace solutions in enterprise client environments - you have done this at scale and can demonstrate the impact.
  • Strong client-facing presence, comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level, running workshops, and presenting complex technical solutions simply.
  • Leadership experience, you have managed or mentored technical consultants and understand what it takes to build a high-performing team.
  • A genuine passion for Service Operations, AIOps, and the move towards autonomous IT - this is a company at the frontier of that space.
  • Based within commutable distance of London.
  • UK resident with full right to work.
