We are working exclusively with one of our longest standing clients, a leading UK Data Consultancy with a strong and growing Palantir practice, to find exceptional Foundry talent across multiple levels. This is a genuine opportunity to work on high-impact, complex data projects for some of the most interesting clients in the market.
We are hiring at both Senior and Mid level, so whether you are an experienced Foundry engineer ready to own delivery end to end or a strong mid-level engineer looking to grow your craft on live client engagements, we want to hear from you.
This is not a role where you will be maintaining someone else's pipelines. You will be embedded with a consultancy that genuinely understands Palantir, working alongside a team that has real depth in the platform, and delivering solutions that make a tangible difference for enterprise clients. The work is challenging, the team is excellent, and the culture rewards people who take ownership.
What You Will Be Doing
- Designing, building and maintaining data pipelines, transforms and workflows within Palantir Foundry
- Owning use cases end to end, from problem scoping through to delivery and client rollout
- Working directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into working Foundry solutions
- Contributing to ontology design, application development and data modelling across client engagements
- Supporting the growth of the Foundry practice and sharing knowledge across the team
What We Are Looking For
Senior Level
- Strong hands-on Palantir Foundry experience, pipelines, ontology, application development
- Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Able to take full ownership of complex delivery workstreams independently
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior engineers
Mid Level
- Solid Palantir Foundry fundamentals with proven hands-on experience
- Comfortable working across data pipelines, transforms and basic application builds
- Collaborative team player who is hungry to develop their Foundry depth
- Experience working in client-facing or consultancy environments is a plus
Across Both Levels
- Based in the UK, onsite commitment required
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A genuine interest in data, AI and the Palantir ecosystem
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, you don't wait to be told what to do next
