Morela is supporting a leading data consultancy on a nationally significant programme, and we are looking for a hands-on Data Architect to take genuine ownership of the platform architecture, not just lead from a distance, but design and build alongside the team.
You will be responsible for ontology design, data pipeline architecture, and data modelling from scratch, while guiding a team of engineers through implementation and acting as the technical authority with senior stakeholders. The client is clear, they want someone who has done this work themselves, not just directed others.
Must Have
- Hands-on experience designing ontologies, data pipelines, and data models from scratch
- Proven experience leading a Palantir Foundry pilot or full end-to-end implementation
- Ability to lead and guide a team of engineers through the full delivery lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management, translating complex requirements into actionable technical tasks
- A track record of architectural ownership, not just oversight
