Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of offshore construction and installation projects
- Develop innovative engineering solutions for complex marine environments
- Design and analyse mooring, anchoring, and structural systems for offshore assets
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D CAD drawings, calculations, and simulations
- Take ownership of technical deliverables from concept through to execution
- Support marine operations planning, risk assessment, and offshore campaigns
- Apply engineering expertise to solve real-world technical challenges
- Prepare clear, robust technical documentation for clients and stakeholders
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement within a growing engineering consultancy
- Build hands-on experience through port and offshore project involvement
- Act as offshore engineering support or supervisor when required
Qualifications
Applicants with a degree in naval architecture or marine engineering are strongly encouraged to apply. However, we will also consider exceptional candidates without formal qualifications in these disciplines, provided they can clearly demonstrate the practical application of relevant technical knowledge and industry expertise. Candidates should be able to evidence sound engineering judgment, technical problem-solving capability, and a strong understanding of offshore marine systems and operations. Please note that no visa or work permit can be provided for this role.
