We're looking for a Meta media buyer who can actually create and deliver results - fast. No "I'll brief the designer" - you build the ads, run the ads, kill the losers, and scale the winners.

You'll be:

  • Running Meta campaigns end-to-end (lead gen)
  • Briefing, sourcing, editing, and shipping creative (static + UGC + short-form video)
  • Iterating creative weekly based on what the data says, not what feels nice
  • Reporting on what matters: CPL, CPA, ROAS - not impressions
  • Writing your own ad copy that actually gets eyes on
  • Able to improve our hook and hold rates on video

You are:

  • 3+ years buying on Meta with real budgets (£10k+/month minimum)
  • Comfortable in Ads Manager, CapCut/Premiere, and Canva/Figma
  • Opinionated about creative - you have a point of view on hooks, angles, and formats
  • Fast. Hate waste. Allergic to vanity metrics.

Salary £35 - £50k + unlimited performance bonuses (all our clients are on performance deals!)
