Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 / Level 3 or Relevant Route-Change)

More2Kidbrooke is a brand-new nursery opening in Kidbrooke, licensed for 81 children, and we are excited to be building our staff team from the ground up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner — or candidates with Health & Social Care or another relevant qualification who are looking to move into Early Years via a supported six-month experience route-change.

The Role

• Act as a key person for a small group of children
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities
• Observe, assess and contribute to learning journeys
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers

Essential Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification OR Health & Social Care / relevant qualification with willingness to complete a supported route‑change
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
• Previous experience working with young children
• Right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visas)
• No more than a one‑hour commute
• Willingness to complete Food Hygiene and 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid (if not already held)

Working Pattern

• 4 days per week – 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
• One weekday off to support work‑life balance
