More2Childcare is recruiting an experienced Nursery Room Leader for our Baby Room (under 18 months) at our Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Greenwich, South East London. This is a rare opportunity, with our current Room Leader having been in the role for 10 years.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 (or above) qualified practitioner
  • Experience as a Room Leader or at least 2 years’ EYFS nursery experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team in the baby room
  • Deliver outstanding baby-room practice
  • Plan engaging activities
  • Complete observations
  • Support staff development
  • Ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards
  • Build strong relationships with parents

Hours

4 days per week, 7:30am–6:00pm, with one fixed day off.
