We provide human cut, personalised meals designed to support each dog’s unique needs, delivered straight to their door - no preservatives, no compromises, just real nutrition. We’re looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join our growing team. You’ll be an essential part of our production process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll operate machinery, monitor production lines, and maintain hygiene standards.

The purpose of the role is to produce safe, high-quality food efficiently and reliably, while supporting each other and the wider business goals of MORE YEARS. Responsibilities include:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Carry out quality checks and report any issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards

Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not essential. Flexibility to work various shifts is required.

Hours & Rates of Pay:

  • ~40 hours per week contract with overtime available
  • ~ Monday - Saturday shift pattern (5 days out of 6)
  • ~6am - 6pm shift pattern (nights also available)
  • ~£12.75 - £13.85 per hour (depending on shift pattern)
