What You Will Bring

  • Experience or exposure to PPM routines in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Basic fault-finding skills on production machinery - packaging, conveyors, mixers, or similar
  • Awareness of food safety and H&S standards
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of your work
  • Calm under pressure with a practical, get-it-done attitude
  • Good communicator - keeps people informed and documents work clearly
  • Eager to learn and develop, including PLC and automation systems over time
  • Flexibility - some evening and weekend work may be required depending on project requirements
