Your Mission
As our E-commerce Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing products, campaigns, and launches to life across the Years website and wider business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll own the day-to-day setup and optimisation of products, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and ready to perform. You’ll take ownership of small defined projects and be the point of contact for a range of initiatives. You’ll work closely with CRM, Product, PR, Design, and Development to make sure launches land smoothly and the shop is always trading at its best.
Team Purpose & Challenges
- Ensure products are consistently and accurately represented across the Years Shop.
- Support major product launches without bottlenecks or delays.
- Improve speed and quality of e-commerce execution during busy campaign periods.
- Reduce friction between PR ideas, ecommerce delivery, and development timelines.
Strategic Focus & Priorities
- Own product setup and merchandising across Shop pages and subscription extras.
- Support high-impact product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Help optimise the Years Shop to improve performance and customer experience.
- Enable smoother collaboration between ecommerce, PR, CRM, and Development.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Sits within the Digital Growth team.
- Works closely with CRM, Product, PR, Design, and Development.
- Acts as a reliable point of execution, ensuring plans turn into live, high-quality site experiences.
Hands-On vs Strategic Balance
- Primarily hands-on and execution-led.
- Owns product setup, landing page configuration, and campaign readiness.
- Contributes ideas and improvements to ecommerce processes and site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product setup across multiple sites.
- Manage product configuration and content for key landing pages and QA product changes across the site.
- Execute major product launches, ensuring e-commerce readiness across site and campaigns assisting the CRM team where necessary.
- Take a lead on several projects including monthly subscriber magazines being delivered on time.
- Brief, manage, and track development tickets to progress ecommerce improvements.
- Support retention activity through customer communications and on-site updates.
- Support wider marketing team, including publishing blogs, PR or other ad-hoc requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation and processes for e-commerce execution.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years' experience in an ecommerce, digital, or growth-focused role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including product setup, collections, and page management.
- Experience working in or alongside a subscription-based ecommerce business.
- Confidence managing product data, variants, pricing, and content accuracy.
- Experience briefing and working with developers and designers to complete multiple projects on time.
- Comfortable supporting wider marketing activity such as email campaigns, launches, and on-site updates if required.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Klaviyo.
- Experience working on major product launches or campaigns.
- Understanding of ecommerce best practices and CRO fundamentals.
