Your Mission As our QA Technologist, your role is to help protect product quality and food safety as the business grows.
You'll be a hands-on presence on site, making sure the right checks are happening every day, standards are being followed, and issues are picked up early and dealt with properly.
You'll sit within the Technical & Quality function, reporting to the Technical Manager, and work closely with Production, Operations, Supply Chain and Product teams.
This is a practical, factory-floor role rather than a desk-based one - focused on execution, consistency and supporting teams to do things the right way.
As a growing business, we don't have layers of QA already in place.
You'll help bring structure, visibility and confidence to our day-to-day quality activities, supporting audits, investigations and continuous improvement as we scale.
Please note: This is a Tuesday - Saturday role, with set shifts of 7am - 4pm (1 hour break)
