We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a distribution company based in Langley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent hours, early finishes and regular overtime.
Pay: £17.00 per hour
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Start time: Around 6:00am
Finish: Typically around 3:30pm
Overtime: Available when required
Duties:
- Multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers
- Operating a Class 2 vehicle
- Using tail lifts for deliveries
- Manual handling of goods (up to 25kg)
- Completing delivery paperwork and providing good customer service
Requirements:
- HGV Class 2 / Category C Licence
- Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience
- Experience using tail lifts
- Reliable and professional approach
